Rules for those looking for a layout
1.Please do not beg and plead our layout makers
2.Do not make a topic just for that.
3.If a layout maker makes them for a fee, that is what you will, pay unless they have a say in it.

Rules for those who make layouts
1.Get an O.K by me first.
2.Make sure you put a code in AND a screenshot, and if you don't know how, I will as long as you have the layout veiwable.
3.Post all of your layouts in ONE topic! (See my topic, cute-baby)
