Other Breeds (French Version?)

Out of boredom and curiosity, I looked at the french version - they have so many other, different breeds, like lipizzans, etc, that I would LOVE to be able to have on here. I don't think it's fair that only the french reading people can access those breeds. Granted, I speak french, but certainly not enough to be able to fully understand what's happening, and why should I have to make an account on there just to be able to access those horses?
