Proposing for a interest group to be made

What an Interest user group is, is simply a group of people that post about a certain topic in a certain area.

Whatever the group is, you can make a post about it, and I will decide if it should become a group or not.
The group leader will be the one who comes up with the idea, so your rank will be group leader.

Rules~
Make sure the group or something similer hasn't been suggested before.
Put a poll in your post. The poll must be a simple Yes/no question (Reguarding you group.)
If the poll has at least 15 votes favoring yes, the group will be added.
